Job Overview And Responsibility

• Execute monthly recruitment plans to meet targets and ensure candidate quality. • Build and maintain candidate pipelines via job sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, networking, and headhunting. • Plan and manage job postings; optimize channels based on position needs. • Partner with Hiring Managers to clarify and adjust job requirements. • Stay updated on labor market trends; maintain a talent pool across key functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting). • Collaborate with Marketing to drive employer branding initiatives across multiple platforms. • Support and improve onboarding processes to enhance new hire experience. • Track recruitment progress, provide reports, and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical sales, engineering, customer service, or senior/managerial roles. • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and sourcing channels (job sites, LinkedIn, social media). • Good planning, reporting, and KPI management skills. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Basic English communication skills. • Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
