HR HR Microsoft Office Talent Acquisition
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding • Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to build robust candidate pipelines across all levels. • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, coordinate interview processes, and facilitate hiring decisions. • Manage offer negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. • Enhance company reputation through strategic employer branding initiatives and candidate relationship management. 2. Employee Benefits & Engagement • Implement and continuously improve comprehensive benefit programs including health insurance, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and corporate events. • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related communications and employee inquiries. • Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to optimize benefit offerings. • Maintain detailed documentation of all benefit programs, vendor agreements, and employee participation records. 3. Social Insurance & Compliance Management • Execute comprehensive social insurance procedures including enrollment adjustments, position changes, and contribution rate modifications. • Process employee benefit claims for medical leave, maternity benefits, and related entitlements. • Maintain accurate social insurance records, facilitate payments to regulatory bodies, and ensure C12 data reconciliation. • Coordinate healthcare provider registrations and modifications for employees. • Manage specialized tasks including social insurance book consolidation, replacement processing, and regulatory form updates. 4. Administrative & Operational Support • Oversee comprehensive administrative functions for three commercial offices. • Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and workspace optimization across all locations. • Supervise office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility services for all three locations. • Manage vendor relationships for office services, supplies, transportation, and facility management. • Facilitate business travel arrangements and expense management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field. • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition. • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting across various roles and levels. • Comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese labor regulations and compliance requirements. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms. • Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards). • Bilingual capabilities (Vietnamese/English). • Exceptional talent sourcing and assessment skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset with independent execution skills.
