HR Human Resource Recruitment
• Build periodic recruitment plans for units. • Receive and handle recruitment requests from units. • Directly carry out the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, organizing professional tests, conducting interviews, preparing recruitment acceptance reports, etc. • Coordinate with relevant units to develop and implement recruitment programs and materials: recruitment questions, evaluation criteria, etc. • Implement and manage the storage of recruitment-related documents, records, and materials. • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• University graduate or higher (excluding part-time, distance learning degrees). Majors in Economics, Law, Administration - Human Resources, or Human Resource Management. • At least 2 years of experience in HR work at banks; or 3–5 years of recruitment experience at large-scale financial organizations or enterprises. • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel for work. • Clear speech, no speech impediments, and no regional accent. • Skilled in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
