- Negotiate and convince partners (Ecommerce Key Accounts) to cooperate and integrate with Zalopay. - Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants (MC) account matters. - Identify and plan for the growth among existing merchants. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve MC performances via campaigns & initiatives. - Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed. - Collaborate with Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with Zalopay.
