Digital Marketing Communications eCommerce Consultant
1.1 Channel Strategy & Activation • Identify the best-suited digital commerce channels for each client’s product category • Consult and support setup processes for TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Zalo Shop, etc. • Coordinate with clients to align product fit, pricing, logistics, and campaign timelines • Build templates and processes for efficient client onboarding into commerce platforms 1.2 Performance Marketing Execution • Plan and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and local ad platforms • Monitor KPIs and run strategic A/B tests based on commerce objectives (CPA, ROAS, CVR) • Integrate marketing funnel with platform-specific sales tools (TikTok affiliate tools, vouchers, flash sales, etc.) 1.3 Team Leadership & Development • Recruit and mentor team members in both performance marketing and commerce operations • Build internal playbooks for channel activation, campaign setup, and success tracking • Collaborate with clients, creatives, and data analysts for campaign excellence 1.4 Client Partnership & Reporting • Act as the strategic advisor to clients in launching and scaling their digital commerce presence • Provide structured reports, insights, and actionable business recommendations • Stay updated on latest platform updates, trends, and category opportunities
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing • Deep understanding of digital commerce platforms (especially TikTok Shop, Shopee, Zalo) • Experience consulting or managing commerce setup (not just media execution) • Strategic thinking, team leadership, and client communication skills
