Planning & Strategy: - Translate client briefs into actionable media strategies and integrated media plans - Develop, review, and present media proposals with strong data-driven rationale - Leverage planning tools to uncover insights and growth opportunities - Ensure all proposals align with business goals, KPIs, and budget allocations Client Management: - Serve as the key day-to-day contact for clients - Lead status meetings and manage ongoing communications - Present proposals, performance reviews, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner Campaign Execution & Performance: - Oversee timelines, ad material submissions, tracking implementation - Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly across all platforms Team Development: - Mentor and support planners and/or media executives - Champion knowledge-sharing, platform updates, and best practice across the team
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a media or integrated communications agency - Strong strategic thinking and planning capability across digital and traditional media - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency with platforms such as GA4, DV360, Campaign Manager, GWI - Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
