Consultant Data Analytics
Management and Execution: - Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns, including paid social, programmatic, search, display, and native ads—driving high-quality lead generation for clients. - Oversee media planning and buying, ensuring the right mix of channels, formats, targeting, and budgets to achieve performance KPIs. - Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to maximize ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and complex datasets, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI and cost per lead. - Collaborate with internal creative, content, and tech teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compliant, and high-performing. - Manage the full process from client brief, through strategic planning, to flawless execution. - Take financial responsibility for projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Strategic Alignment: - Understand client business objectives and translate them into data-driven media strategies. - Build and present media recommendations and lead-generation strategies aligned with broader brand goals. - Understand the lead lifecycle and work with CRM/marketing automation teams to ensure high-quality leads are nurtured and tracked to conversion. - Proactively identify new opportunities for campaign expansion, cross-sell, and upsell, and convert them into measurable commercial and performance results. - Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and marketing automation. Who We Want: - Proven ability to plan, buy, and manage media campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a track record of generating qualified leads at scale. - Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and CRM integration. - Exceptional communication skills to manage the full process from client brief, through planning, to delivery. - Strong consultative skills to advise clients on the most effective media and content strategies. - Data-driven mindset with experience working on analytics, tracking, and interpreting complex tabular datasets. - Excellent attention to detail, presentation skills, and the ability to manage senior client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university (or equivalent work experience). - 3 - 5+ years in digital marketing, media planning/buying, or performance marketing in an agency or brand-side - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools. - Experience working with complex tabular datasets and marketing analytics tools for tracking, attribution, and reporting. - Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). - Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
