Job Overview And Responsibility

Key Accountabilities (1) – Strategy & Planning • Build capability development strategy to close the gap for frontline managers, sales force and support functions of Retail Banking Group (RBG) in the South. • Business & operation management. 2.1 Capability Development Management • Engage business stakeholders and partners to identify capability development needs, build and manage Overall Development Plan (including Capability Construct & Learning Roadmap) for Retail frontline positions as assigned by Senior Director, Capability Development. • Manage impact assessment & readiness for initiatives/other strategy changes related to the Overall Development Plan (e.g. new products, new service model, changes in policies/legal regulations, etc.). • Manage change implementation in the South. • Build & manage planning, budget & financial management in the South. 2.3 Capability Development Solution Implementation & Evaluation • Manage implementation of training/facilitation/coaching activities, as well as post-training evaluation model/process/tools/system in the South. Key Accountabilities (2) – People Management • Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function/sub-function. • Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high-performing team. • Establish and communicate sub-function/function and individual KRAs/KPIs, goals, action plans, expectations and results to reporting line. • Manage sub-function/function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle). • Define team’s capability requirements and enable team members’ professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc. • Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals. • Responsible for developing talents within the function/sub-function. • Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/sub-function level. • Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members. Key Accountabilities (3) – Corporate Culture • Ensure the management at the unit follows 3 principles: fairness, transparency and respect. • Act as a role model in building corporate culture. • Ensure correct and full implementation of organizational culture plans; ensure staff understand and consistently apply organizational cultural values and behavioral standards. • Perform other related tasks as requested by Head of Customer Franchise Management. Required Skills and Experience

Success Profile – Qualification and Experiences Qualifications • University graduate or higher education, majoring in Finance & Banking, Foreign Trade, Economics or related fields (preferably with suitable academic background and study abroad). • English proficiency: Level 4 (TOEIC 700 or equivalent). Domain Expertise • At least 12 years of experience in banking, with at least 6 years in managerial roles. • Experience in using office software, especially finance & banking systems.
