Job Overview And Responsibility

Consulting and Persuading Clients - Approach and advise clients on aesthetic services at the clinic, such as fillers, Botox, acne treatment, pigmentation treatment, dermatological services, etc. - Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable services. - Explain procedures, treatment effectiveness, and the clinic’s commitments. - Persuade clients to use services and finalize treatment packages. Customer Care - Monitor and support clients throughout the service process. - Address customer inquiries and handle feedback regarding services and treatment outcomes. - Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Coordination with Doctors and Related Departments - Work with doctors to ensure accurate and professional consultation processes. - Assist doctors in scheduling appointments and guiding clients before, during, and after treatments. - Collaborate with the marketing department to update information on promotions and sales strategies. Reporting and Updating Customer Information - Record customer information into the management system. - Prepare periodic reports on the number of consultations, service conversion rates, and client feedback. - Propose solutions to enhance consulting efficiency and customer service.
