Job Overview And Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, define solution requirements, and develop tailored proposals. - Prepare presentations, solution overviews, proposals, and other materials to support sales pitches and bidding processes. - Coordinate with technical, product, and partner teams to build end-to-end solutions. - Engage with partners and vendors to source information, align offerings, and co-develop opportunities. - Participate in solution pitching, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts with clients. - Support internal initiatives related to solution development and market enablement. - Report to leadership on solution trends, presales activities, and market feedback
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in Presales, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or related roles. - Previous experience in Business process improvement, BPM, OCR, AI, Process Mining tools is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Comfortable working with documents, reports, and presentations in both Vietnamese and English. - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred skills and experiences
- Practical RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, Power Automate) experience in selling, consulting and delivering to clients is a big plus.
