What you are going to do: Handle day-to-day tasks on behalf of the General Manager to keep projects moving forward efficiently. Liaise with the headquarters team to ensure alignment on processes, brand standards, reporting, and resource needs. Support expansion timelines, studio setup progress, and new market launch checklists across multiple countries. Act as the bridge between the GM, headquarters, and local Country/Studio Managers to consolidate information, follow-ups, and reports. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting notes, and internal documentation. Step in to resolve day-to-day challenges, assist with ad-hoc tasks, and bring clarity to fast-moving or ambiguous situations. Ensure all activities across markets are consistent with the brand’s global image and operational guidelines.
What we are looking for We are seeking a talent to support the General Manager in managing multi-country expansion efforts, coordinating with local teams and headquarters, and handling a variety of operational, administrative, and communication tasks to ensure smooth execution across markets. Excellent communication and coordination across teams and cultures Strong organizational and project management skills Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset Fluent in Japanese and English Preferably located in Japan Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and working across time zones Previous experience in supporting executives, especially in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industries, is a plus
