We are seeking an experienced BD Manager who will drive value for our VIP and institutional clients. You will design user engagement frameworks, lead lifecycle-based operations, and ensure continuous growth and satisfaction of key accounts through data-driven strategies and personalized engagement. ● Own and lead the KOL and affiliate marketing strategy across Vietnam, aligned with overall growth objectives. ● Identify and build high-impact relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate networks. ● Design and oversee localized, data-driven influencer campaigns to drive user growth and brand visibility. ● Conduct market research and analysis for P2P&OTC business locally, monitor the competitor’s activities and local regulation. ● Make a P2P business strategy to hire more P2P merchants for a better local P2P liquidity. ● Make an OTC business strategy, build the local OTC network to sell USDT to big buyers and buy USDT back with a lower price through local channels for profits.
● 4+ years of experience in user operations, key account management, or market maker operations, preferably in crypto exchanges, fintech, or internet platforms ● Strong understanding of user lifecycle management and segmented operations ● Excellent data analysis skills; able to extract insights and translate into action plans ● Strong ownership mindset, highly proactive and responsible, able to lead initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams ● Fluent in English (written and spoken), confident in text-based and video conference communication with global clients
