As a Team Lead and Recruiter I identify, screen, interview and submit candidates for our clients. Also work jointly with recruiters and oversee the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes. Worked on many roles from entry level to Senior management in Engineering, IT, Healthcare, Customer service and Finance. Worked on some of the toughest positions and managed to put quality candidates for the process and made placements.
