Management
Daily Performance: - Analyze data to review business performance and take action on a daily basis to optimize campaigns and drive key metrics. - Run operational tasks to execute marketing and promotion pillars (e.g., system setup, writing requests to relevant teams). - Review, research, and work with Product team to improve product pipeline. Communication Management: - Manage all communication channels (in-app notifications, banners, communities, etc.) on a daily basis. Actively drive product awareness and education - Lead seasonal campaigns, self-initiate or brainstorm with the Marketing team for branding/media campaigns and feature education Planning and project management: - Plan and initiate growth activities, including communication and promotions, to boost Quản Lý Chi Tiêu's performance across all product funnels. - Lead and manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data, etc.), ensuring tasks are delivered on deadline with perfect execution.
- 3-5 year proven experience in a growth, product marketing, or similar role - Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to drive daily actions and results. - Strong interpersonal skill: must be able to manage stakeholders and drive for results - Highly organized thinker with EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, accountable. Able to work under pressure, independently and manage own time/ progress - Experience with content development in any formats (text, short videos, long video,..) is a plus marketing, games, e-wallets
