- Lead a team of Custom Layout engineers towards the successful execution of customer projects. - Responsible for the overall project management ensuring on-time delivery with acceptable quality. - Train & Mentor junior engineers in their ramp-up & execution. - Contribute towards an effective technical documentation process. - Contribute to the growth of Custom Layout practice.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 5+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal / RF layout-design. - Good Understanding of CMOS Fundamentals, IC-Fabrication & Circuit-basics. - Good Understanding of IC Layout design flow & reliability issues. - Good exposure to EDA tools like Virtuoso L/XL, Assura, PVS, Calibre.
