As part of this initiative, we are seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to join our dynamic team. Job Description Thomson Medical is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing campaigns and optimize funnel performance to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets for the Singapore market. This role dedicates 70% of the time to managing paid media campaigns across search, social and display channels. The remaining 30% focuses on growth initiatives including funnel optimization, marketing automation, and channel experimentation. What you'll do: - Manage paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads and Meta). - Own campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance optimization. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Develop A/B tests (or multivariate tests) to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost of acquisition (CAC). - Set up and implement conversion tracking across platforms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) - Monitor KPIs and create regular performance reports. - Partner with SEO & Content team to align paid and organic search strategies, identifying keyword opportunities and content gaps to maximize search visibility and reduce CAC. - Work on growth initiatives across the full funnel to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through rapid experimentation and optimization. - Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows.
What are we looking for? 1) Experience and expertise: - At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media campaigns. - A proven track record of optimizing paid campaigns to achieve measurable results. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2)Analytical and technical skills: - Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using marketing analytics tools. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms. - Proficient in setting up and implementing conversion tracking across platforms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) - Proficient in debugging tracking issues and validating data accuracy 3) Data-driven and solution-oriented: - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 4) Personal attributes: - A continuous learner with a genuine interest in understanding the healthcare industry and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. - Highly organized and independent, while thriving in a collaborative and positive team environment. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals.
