The founding members of VNR Advisory, Vipul Prakash & Rohan Mehta have been in the HR space for thirty years and have successfully collaborated in the past to set up the executive search division of one of the largest recruitment process outsourcing companies in India, run diversity & inclusivity projects for Fortune 500 companies and established the Africa operations for a global executive search & selection organisation.
