- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in the IT / ITO industry, with a clear track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets - Direct selling experience into APAC markets — Singapore, ANZ, or Japan - Fluent English; strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills - Solid understanding of IT outsourcing and software delivery service models
