Business Development Sales Manager Sale
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in Savvycom’s key markets (e.g. Singapore, ANZ, Japan,...) - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales objectives. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. - Build the next level sales team - Collaborate with Delivery Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions and services to clients. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and market positioning. - Represent Savvycom at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's services and offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience of at least 5+ YOE as a Sales Manager or similar role in the IT industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. - In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in the ITO sector. - Familiarity with the APAC market and cultural nuances is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently, lead a sales team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Fluency in the English language is required.
