Senior AI Engineer

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field. - 5+ years of experience software development with at least 3 years in AI engineering with proven hands-on work. - Strong experience in software system design, Agentic AI architectural design patterns. - Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, RAG, multi-agent systems. - Strong experience in AI Evaluation. - Strong Python, FastAPI programming skills. - Strong experience in cloud computing (AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS…etc). - Familiar with microservices, event driven architectures. - Familiar with setup a data pipeline with cost efficiency and security in mind. - Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn. - Must have experience with using AI in your daily work, from learning, research to architecture, coding, testing and documenting. Familiar with Claude Code. - Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and integrate AI solutions to SaaS systems. - Familiar with software engineering practices, such as version control, testing, and deployment. - Ability to quickly learn and understand new business domains and identify potential areas for AI applications. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Good in English communication.
