Job Overview And Responsibility

Job Responsibilities: The Product Analyst (PA) provides technical expertise on performing laboratory tests under the scope of services of Bloom. Global Food and Beverage Innovation Center. He/She also manages ALL data based related to testing services and product shelf-life studies. Duties will include and not be limited to: ▪ Responsible in performing routine and specialized tests (including physico – chemical, biological and Sensory) necessary for new product development activities. ▪ Review ingredient performance, nutritional profiles, conduct testing on prototypes and providing feedback on formulation stability and shelf life. ▪ Recording, analyzing, and interpreting test results to prepare detailed reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders. ▪ Preparing and handling various samples, specimens, or materials for testing. ▪ Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and calibration standards. ▪ Perform and monitor calibration protocol and/or program for ALL equipment in the Laboratory. ▪ Provides support on sensory activities for stakeholders. ▪ Prepare and maintain laboratory consumables inventory management system. ▪ Perform any other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
