Job Overview And Responsibility
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities - Product Solution design: Plan and design the electrical engineering (PDU, UPS, Battery, Cable, Busway), HVAC engineering (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), frame system and DCIM (data center infrastructure management) of data centre facility. Cooperate with partners to design a complete L1 solution. - Customer relationship development: Accurately understand customer requirements, provide pre-sales technical support including the design, configuration and quotation for the DC facility projects. Workshop with the customer, consultant and partners to guide them the key features and values. - Sales project operation: Operate and manage E2E sales projects, coordinate resources from all parties to improve the project success rate, and achieve the business objectives of the region. - Continuous optimization capability: Continuously optimize solutions based on customer feedback and business changes. Track industry trends and provide innovative suggestions. - Document writing capability: Participate in the DC facility project opening, analysis, clarification, bidding and delivery processes. Write requirement documents, solutions, and implementation reports. Bidding documents, etc.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or other comparable degree; - Have at least 2 years technical service or engineering experience in AIDC or related power equipment supply or integration business. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, logical analysis and written expression skills, cross-department coordination skills, overall view, proactive work, and strong sense of responsibility. - Be familiar with one or more product fields: electrical engineering, HVAC engineering, frame system and DCIM. - Proficient in using AutoCAD and Office. - Be familiar with data centre standards and specifications such as Uptime Institute Tier, TIA 942.
