Senior SOC - Cybersecurity

Required Skills and Experience

Technical & Professional Requirements - Proven experience handling escalated security incidents in a SOC environment. - Strong working knowledge of SIEM platforms, threat intelligence, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and malware detection technologies. - Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including MITRE ATT&CK and NIST. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to perform under pressure. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 SOC environment. Requirements - Very strong English communication with multiple stakeholders - Minimum 5 years of experience in SOC management and cybersecurity service delivery. - Good understanding of manager mindset and problem solving. - Proficient hands-on experience with Security Consultant with multiple vendors of SOC Solution. - Demonstrated experience leading SOC or security operations teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related discipline
