This role is responsible for building CxO’s relationship with Global/Vietnamese Strategic Enterprise customers with a strong focus on Manufacturing and BFSI sector. This role is a strategic role, expected to be working closely with customer LOB executives and accelerate digital transformation towards better business outcome. NTT has a strong portfolio starting from Network connectivity, infra structure to application layer that involves software development as well. This individual will have a good understanding on our portfolio/value proposition and map that to customer business challenges and help to achieve the better business outcome/growth. Also, expected to work across region (APAC)/global to build a strong business case for Vietnam market and push it through CxO’s connection across the local market. Expected to be well connected with the above mentioned industry leaders and quickly deliver tangible results towards long time success. Expected Responsibilities Engage strategically with the industry (Manufacturing/BFSI) CxO’s with the existing relationship and build pipeline Ability to translate customer business challenges into actionable digital solutions and propose to the customers with a clear “value proposition” . Work closely across internal organization starting from Pre Sales/Regional team/ Delivery teams and foster a collaborative “can do” atmosphere. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges Engage with IT technology partners and build compelling joint business cases. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company, Organize and present in industry focused seminars and customer CxO round table events.
Your Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in working with Manufacturing/BFSI customers as a sales Able to understand customer language and translate them into IT solutions. Industry knowledge/regulations and good understanding on business processes is required Experience in engaging with CxO is a must and building ROI based proposal is required Experience in creating (hunting) and closing strategic deals over $1M and build customer reference. Draft proposals based on customer business challenges with clear ROI and present to customer key stakeholders and close deals successfully. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Building pipeline, managing opportunities in SFDC and closing timeline/criteria to be updated for strategic deals. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Self-starter, Flexibility and adaptability to change are key areas for success Excellent communication and collaboration skills A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field In addition to English, fluency in Japanese can be a definitive plus.
