- 5+ years in a team management or supervisory role - 3+ years in order management, supply chain operations, or B2B customer service within a manufacturing or industrial trade environment - Hands-on working style: monitors daily operations directly, not only through dashboards - Fluent English proficiency: TOEIC 780+ or equivalent, used actively in cross-regional communication - Conversational Chinese proficiency - Bachelor's in Business Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
