Job Overview And Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Lead to oversee and drive high-performing Java development squads. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, people management, and client engagement skills. You will be the key liaison between our delivery teams in Vietnam and our Australian client, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple Java-focused development squads, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. - Drive delivery excellence by enforcing best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. - Engage directly with Australian stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing decision-making through clear communication and technical insight. - Ensure project schedules and quality standards are met through diligent planning, tracking, and risk management. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to ensure seamless delivery. - Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of experience in software delivery leadership roles, preferably in Agile environments. - Strong background in Java technologies and modern software engineering practices. - Proven experience in leading distributed teams and managing offshore delivery. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with international clients. - Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
