Creating communication infrastructure to contribute to improving medical efficiency and safety Dr.JOY is the pioneer in creating communication infrastructure in medical industry to enhance efficiency and safety of large quantity of hospitals as well as medical institution. Found in 2013 by Doctor Hiroaki Ishimatsu after years of working in hospital and deeply felt the complexity and inefficiency of multi-occupation collaboration in medical institutions and wanted to create a communication "tool" that could more easily collaborate. As the development progresses, communication issues are no longer limited to hospitals but involve far more stakeholders in healthcare, in other words, we came to realize our mission is to create an infrastructure for healthcare industry to enhance efficiency and safety. As part of our business development, since Feb 2020 Dr.JOY Vietnam was successfully launched with team of 30 members in Hanoi. Allied with the Mission and Value of Dr.JOY Japan, Dr.JOY Vietnam set its target to build company core product and services - Dr.JOY Application (functions include: SNS, Time Attendance Management, Side-Effect Search, Appointment Arranging) to become one the the best assist to stakeholders in medical industry in Japan and overseas. ------
