Living in the States for 3 years as a student and a part-time employee made me familiar with the cultural awareness and adaptability along with that it boosted my confidence as an individual. However, being a secretary of the international group down in the college made me a problem solver and had a sense of responsibility. Together with Recruitment I was able to accomplish the title of Rising Star within 3 months of joining as a Recruiter in India. I would like to expand my knowledge and abilities in the similar stomping ground.
