We are seeking a Marketing Team Lead who will drive marketing campaigns, community penetration, and viral content strategy across key Asian regions including Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. You’ll collaborate with KOLs, creators, and community leaders to execute high-performance marketing funnels and establish brand visibility through organic and viral growth tactics. Key Responsibilities - Develop and lead localized seeding campaigns targeting key Asian Web3 communities - Plan and manage partnerships with regional KOLs, influencers, and communities - Execute meme-driven, short-form, and UGC campaigns across Twitter, Discord, Telegram - Design and optimize onboarding funnels to convert users into platform participants - Track KPIs including DAU, conversion rates, and engagement through data dashboards - Gather community feedback and iterate on brand messaging and growth strategies - Oversee and mentor marketing contributors (content creators, community mods, etc.)
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Must currently live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - 3+ years of experience in marketing, community growth, or viral campaigns - Proficiency in Korean (English is a plus) - Proven expertise in running seeding and KOL-focused marketing strategies - Experience managing campaigns across Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), TikTok - Strong understanding of user conversion funnel strategy and execution
