Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: • Build monthly/quarterly marketing calendars that align with brand moments, product launches, and business goals • Execute content-driven campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Shopee/TikTok Shop, email, and other digital platforms • Set and monitor campaign KPIs: engagement, conversion, ROAS, CAC, CTR… Paid Media Management (in-house or with agency): • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee Ads (optional Google/YouTube) • Coordinate A/B testing for creative formats, audience targeting, and landing pages • Analyze results and recommend clear next steps for optimization Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Build weekly/monthly reports using Google Sheets/Data Studio or platform dashboards • Track campaign ROI, cost per result, CAC, ROAS, and growth trends • Provide actionable insights for content, creative, and channel improvement Cross-Channel Coordination: • Align content briefs and timelines with the content team, designer, and KOL manager • Ensure all digital executions reflect PORÊVES’ tone, values, and aesthetic • Monitor competitor activities and market trends for inspiration and benchmarking
• 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing role (preferably in skincare, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness) • Proven experience running or managing paid media (Meta, TikTok, Shopee…) • Strong understanding of both performance metrics and content storytelling • Confident with reporting tools, data analysis, and campaign planning • Self-driven, organized, and eager to own and scale performance channels • Experience in D2C brand or startup environment • Familiarity with basic creative tools (Canva, CapCut) or content planning workflows • Prior collaboration with influencers, KOCs, or UGC sourcing
• Ownership of digital performance and a voice in brand growth strategy • A warm, open-minded team with space to learn, try, and evolve • Close access to founders, creative leads, and brand roadmap • A path to evolve into Digital Marketing Lead or Performance Strategist as we scale
