1. Drive Student Admissions through Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to generate high-quality leads and meet student enrollment targets. - Plan, manage, and optimize online campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing) to drive inquiries and conversions. - Plan and implement offline activities including school tours, community engagement events, education fairs, and open houses. - Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies to maximize lead generation efficiency. 2. Strengthen and Leverage the School’s Brand Identity - Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels in alignment with EQuest brand guidelines. - Create compelling content for various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, brochures, video, PR articles). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop success stories, testimonials, and marketing materials that highlight the school’s strengths. - Initiate community outreach and public relations activities to enhance the school’s reputation. 3. Grow and Lead the Marketing Team for High Performance - Recruit, develop, and mentor marketing team members to enhance their skills and career growth. - Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure objectives are met. - Foster a collaborative and creative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. - Organize training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team updated with the latest marketing trends and tools. - Recognize and reward team achievements to maintain motivation and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or service industries. - Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation. - Strong skills in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and optimize strategies based on results. - Leadership ability to manage and develop a team toward achieving set goals. - Creative thinking combined with a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager) and Microsoft Office Suite.
