1. Revenue/GP Target achievement • Manage buying rate and selling rate. • Keep follow with product team to get the competitive rates. 2. Develop customer pipeline • Develop the good relationship with agent to get more bookings. • Develop new business from new agents: Discover new opportunities with partners on website/own relationship. • Remain loyalty agents. • Identifying potential agents to secure new business, hunting agents. • Reduce the number of lost agents/customers. • Increasing number of new agents/customers introduced by current agents/customers. • Develop and enhance local and overseas business follow the department’s strategic. • Ensure consistent development of revenues accordance to the set targets by effective management.
• University degree, major in the relevant fields. • English with fluent 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing). • Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). • At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry. • Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service • Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit. • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard working SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: • Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned. • Go to business trip as required. • Joining some other Projects as required.
