We are looking for an organized Director of Sales to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The sales manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging sales packages, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. Director of Sales Responsibilities - Creating Brand Awareness - Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. - Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals. - Responsible for corporate and TA room sales. - Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. - Analyze current markets and identify new markets and potential clients. - Update action plan and financial objectives quarterly. Work closely with the - Revenue Sales to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs for the hotel. - Manage the guest database and ensure that client’s details are accurate and up to date. - Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. - Devise and implement the overall sales plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPIs, budgets, and revenues. - Liaise with the General Manager and owner in adopting price strategies across the hotel. Targeting key accounts potential for the company. - Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips in conjunction with the Jiva team. - Manage the number and performance of third-party and promotional websites and liaise with providers in ensuring optimization of the Resort’s online position. - Proactively monitor the Resort’s profile on the various social media platforms and ensure appropriate responses are posted in a timely fashion. - Where necessary, devise adverts for the promotion of the Food & Beverage departments in the local market. - Ensure that all client correspondence is tracked and recorded, including quotations and contracts. - Represent the Resort at consumer trade fairs and tourism events both at local and national level. - Organize on and off-site client entertainment. - Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times when dealing with clients, guests, etc. - Submit weekly sales activity reports to the General Manager and Director.
To be a successful Director of Sales, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing. - A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field. - 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality sales. - 3+ years of experience as Director of Sales in hospitality (resort/retreat) - Fluent English communication (especially academic writing skills) - Experience in management may be advantageous. - Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. - Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. - The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. - The ability to work under pressure.

Team Sales sẽ ngồi làm việc tại Resort. Thì cho mình hỏi sales sẽ đi sales call ở đâu ? Theo như mình biết khách hàng của Resort có vài kênh là Travel Agent, coorporate, Online và Direct. Trừ khách Direct do lễ tân bán , còn 3 kênh kia thì khách hàng Base tại Hà Nội. Thôi sales team ngồi làm ở resort làm sao đi sales gặp khách?

cho mình hỏi, uv sn 75, background làm tại Vin group mấy chục năm, mạnh về sale nhưng chưa có kn về mảng hotel, resort; nhưng linh hoạt và sẵn sàng tiếp nhận môi trường, ngành nghề mới thì có được không ạ?
Mình e là khó phù hợp do đặc thù lĩnh vực kinh doanh nên bên mình đang cần ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sales trong mảng lưu trú (resort/retreat) hơn á
