PSA International Pte Ltd functions as a prominent port operator and supply chain company, boasting primary operations in Singapore and Antwerp. Recognized as one of the leading global port operators, PSA manages terminals spanning 26 countries, with 12,000 employees encompassing deep-sea, rail, and inland facilities. Additionally, PSA engages in distripark and marine services.
Company History

Singapore Harbour Board established on 1 July 1913 under the 1912 Straits Settlements Port Ordinance.

Port of Singapore Authority formed on 1 April 1964, replacing the Singapore Harbour Board.

In the 1970s, PSA started Singapore's container port, hitting one million TEUs by the 1980s.

Global expansion began in 1966 with port interests in Dalian, China.

PSA Corporation Limited created on 1 October 1997 after a parliamentary bill. Regulatory functions transferred to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
