- Lead and manage the Internal Development System team, guiding approximately 10 developers in delivering high-quality solutions. - Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of internal systems built primarily with Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. - Drive innovation and the adoption of best practices in development, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of systems. - Manage the team's workflow, performance, and personal development to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Candidate must be Korean - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Over 10 years of experience in JavaScript Development, with a solid understanding of Java-based technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. - Extensive experience with internal systems development and management, ensuring seamless integration within an organization. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining team motivation and morale. - Excellent communication skills, both in Korean and English, to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
