Your Day-to-day • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates using various platforms and networks • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, understand team culture, and streamline the interview process • Plan and attend recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, EB activities,…) to enhance the company’s brand and engage potential candidates • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts • Track key metrics, generate reports, and analyze recruitment data to improve strategies • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges to leadership • Additional support tasks will be assigned within the scope of Management Support

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field • From 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment • Headhunting experience is a plus • Strong understanding of technical roles in software development, engineering, and IT • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proactive, positive attitude • Positive, energetic, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) • Korean language skills are a plus (especially for communication with Korean stakeholders)
