• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate selection criteria. • Proactive Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through various online channels, such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and social media platforms. • Job Descriptions and Interview Questions: Create detailed job descriptions and interview questions tailored to the requirements of each position. • Candidate Evaluation: Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by thoroughly assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references. • Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to continuously build and strengthen the candidate pipeline. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, for transparency and communication with key stakeholders.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods. • End-to-End Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to final onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. • Passive Sourcing Techniques: Skilled in identifying and engaging high-potential candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities, through various passive sourcing methods. • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Capable of creating and implementing strategic recruitment plans tailored to the specific needs of different roles and departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks to identify and engage candidates. • LinkedIn Talent Solutions: Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source and engage potential candidates. • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and colleagues. • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive assessment processes, including technical evaluations and panel interviews. • ATS Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient management of the recruitment process. • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. • Professional Certification: HR Certification Institute (HRCI) or equivalent professional credential.
