Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of features and functionality. Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing, to identify defects and ensure software reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers) to understand requirements and define testing strategies. Report and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla, ensuring timely resolution and re-testing. Analyze test results, provide detailed reports on software performance, and recommend improvements or fixes. Participate in design and requirement review meetings to provide input on potential quality issues and testing approaches. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that all user requirements are met before release.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
3+ years of experience as a Quality Control (QC) Engineer in software testing. Strong knowledge of different testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system testing). Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla). Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. English: reading, writing.
