• Led M&A activities from deal origination, due diligence, contract negotiation to closing; • Actively interact with the Investment Department to create and implement investment business activities, especially M&A deal; • Develop and strengthen relationships with potential partners and “buy-side”: PE investment funds, investment companies, large corporations, leading domestic and international companies; • Evaluated strategic fits of target companies, articulated potential risks and mitigations, and presented investment thesis to BOD and Investment Committees for approval; • Sourced M&A opportunities; • Closely coordinated with external advisors to ensure quality of due diligence process; • Provide solutions and create deals in diverse situations; • Draft and update report templates and documents to deploy M&A services including valuation and due diligence.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Corporate Finance, Economics or related fields; • Strong knowledge and practical experience related to M&A activities; • Understanding of legal, finance, tax and process or possible obstacles related to M&A; • Understanding the deal process – starting from (i) idea development; (ii) persuasion and negotiation; (iii) implementation and appropriate adjustment; • Fluent English, both writing and communication; • Proficient in valuation and establish business models; • Priority is given to candidates with over 4 years of experience in the financial services industry (PE funds, Investment banks or reputable acquisitions and mergers consulting organizations); • MBA, CFA or ACCA certificate is an advantage.
