Job Overview And Responsibility

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via various communication channels. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and document solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product functionality. Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements. Contribute to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs--

Required Skills and Experience

1+ year of experience in a CS or product management role Strong command of English for effective communication and presentation skills Demonstrated self-starting and supportive team spirit Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and tools
