Business Development Accounting Team Building Technology Sales Self Motivated
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business - Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets - Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients - Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities - Keep track of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation - Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and KPI reports, draw limitation & suggest improvement initiatives - Process training and mentor fresh business development executives
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, equivalent to C1 level - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Experience working as an IT business developer, account manager or sales executive for at least 2 YEARS - Excellent negotiation & sales skills - Customer service experience with a client-focused mindset - Self-motivated and driven by targets/KPI
