Collaborating
- Support day-to-day execution of integrated brand campaigns (social, influencer, PR, production, etc.). - Coordinate influencer/KOL campaign timelines, briefing, content approvals, and deliverable tracking. - Maintain and update influencer/KOL databases, usage rights, and activation schedules - Liaise with influencers and talent managers for deliverables, logistics, and post-campaign documentation. - Assist in briefing and managing third-party vendors (production houses, media platforms, etc.). - Participate in internal and external meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. - Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, influencer campaign management, or marketing operations. - Strong understanding of influencer marketing processes and social media platforms. - Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. - Familiarity with working in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
