1. Project & Campaign Management - Lead day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to post-campaign reporting. - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve both quality standards and client KPIs. - Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and manage risks with contingency planning. - Provide guidance to junior team members to strengthen project management capability. 2. Client Service & Relationship Management - Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration. - Deliver timely, accurate, and strategic recommendations that add business value. - Manage contract renewals and contribute to revenue growth. - Mentor team members to enhance client service skills. 3. Influencer & Product Development - Develop influencer selection criteria, build influencer/KOL/KOC profiles, and ensure brand alignment. - Identify unmet client needs and propose innovative influencer strategies or product/service improvements. - Suggest and develop new influencer service offerings to meet market demand. - Educate the team on influencer marketing processes and best practices. 4. Sales & Business Growth - Actively approach and pitch to potential clients, securing new business opportunities. - Persuade clients to adopt current services and increase usage (upselling & cross-selling). - Provide input to improve sales and pitching processes. - Support and coach junior members in sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Experience: Minimum 3 year in influencer marketing, digital, or creative communications industry. - Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and English writing/documentation skills. - Personality: Open, enthusiastic, proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset. - Core Value: Respect for diversity and collaboration. - Interpersonal: Ability to navigate and harmonize with colleagues and influencers with strong personalities; adapt quickly to industry changes with a positive attitude.
