- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven track record of at least 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial industry, focusing on SMEs - Strong understanding of SME financing needs and challenges - Excellent target planning and organization skills - Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities - High integrity, fairness, and commitment to teamwork - Exceptional networking and prospecting skills to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline - Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions for Payroll Financing and EWA products - Ability to work independently and handle complex, changing, and ambiguous environments - Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented - Fluent in English with strong communication skills

The candidates must be in the late 80s or early 90s to ensure they have enough experience and a good culture fit with the management team. 2. Currently, the Head of BDM will manage a small team of only 2 Sales members and report to the Country Head and the Head of Sales in the Philippines. The main products that Advance will be focusing on are payroll financing and invoice financing. Target KPIs and goals can be discussed during the interview. However, the main job of the Head of BDM is to hunt new clients for Advance. 3. The company has been operating in the Philippines since 2018 and is now expanding to Vietnam.
