- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy that is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Establish, implement, manage, and develop growth in a new dealer network in both MT and B2B. - Build and maintain good relationships with the assigned channel partners. - Ensure partners are motivated to drive sales in line with our expectations and sales budgets. - Control costs within budget parameters with the manager. - Achieve and exceed monthly/ yearly budgets and sales growth plans. Propose annual business plan. - Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and finance, to ensure that sales and business development activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and EBIT. - Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field. - Having at least 5 years experiences with the same position - Fluency in English is a must - Good knowledge of the Vietnamese market, consumer behavior. - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales, marketing, products strategies that drive business growth. - Proven experience in sales/ products/ marketing management
