HR Administration Payroll HR
- Responsible for Groupwide Intern Payroll processing - Ensure timely and accurate monthly Intern payroll processing - Responsible to ensure all Interns are updated in Success factor and reconcile Intern headcount against Master Listing - Responsible for the preparation of monthly Interns payroll reconciliation report - Computes Intern take-home pay based on attendance and benefits, including the final intern allowance payment for those ending the Internship. - Handle Intern’s and support HRBP on any payroll related enquires, serve as an escalation point for our intern and ensure their issues and concerns could be solved quickly - Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in all Intern payroll-related tasks - Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Payroll - Good verbal and written communication in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Attention to details and conscientious in handling confidential information - Excellent team player and able to work well under pressure within tight deadlines. - Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
