Job Overview And Responsibility

- Design, configure and support and configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements. - Provide guidance of best practices to users and team. - Business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvement or gaps. - Define project plan and implementation strategy. - Conduct end user training and support. - Documentation and development of user guide. - Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate requirements. - Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details. - Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules. - Develop best practice, processes, and standards. - Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization.

Required Skills and Experience

- At least 3 years of experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, IDP in at least 3 implementations. - Project Management experience in managing SuccessFactors projects, in at least 3 implementations. - End user requirement gathering & stakeholder management.
