15 years of rich professional experience in the field of Recruitment,training and development.The major role is to acquire new corporate clients for the company by assessing their hiring structures and requirements. The role involves solidifying relationships with existing clients and developing new clients. It also involved understanding and building up strong relations with clients, negotiating on the commercial terms and, closing the deal. Simultaneously I was also involved in developing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy, conducting end-to-end recruitments by understanding the requirements and sourcing the right candidates by head hunting for junior to senior management profiles.
