She has backgrounds in both social sciences (media studies, international relations, laws), graphic design and fundamental technical studies in programming. She has three master's degrees obtained in Norway and Vietnam and a variety of certificates in design, finance, marketing, operations management, and programming languages. She has worked in several executive management positions and as a startup founder for a number of companies. Throughout her sales career, she has set many records of best sales. She is also an expert in native advertising in Vietnam who has worked with 100+ newspapers, media companies and ad agencies. As a colleague she has gained many peer-bonusses from her co-workers. Thuy started writing for newspapers since she was 10 years old and got several prizes from contests organized by Vietnamese newspapers.
