"Dare to think; Dare to dream; Dare to speak; Dare to do" is the philosophy that leads my action. I’m a curious, passionate, self-motivated, innovative, and nurturing person whose values are expressed through the changes I create to the world. With a passion for individual and organizational development, I aspire to become a pioneering trainer and consultant that helps individuals and teams to develop their values, strengths, and talents and strategize to reach their goals. My personal goal in life is to design a solution that can be applied worldwide to increase the effectiveness of education/training and boost overall society performance. In doing so, the contributions and values of each individual to the community and the world can be maximized. Currently, my approach is leaning towards personal and organizational development and education. So far, I've had over 5 years of experience in career orientation, public speaking, debating, leadership, and team-building skills for individuals and student organizations. Since Graduating from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I've had 3 years of experience in Coaching on vision and goal setting, personal development, value & talent development, and self-expression. Apart from that, I've also had 1 year of experience in recruiting and headhunting, with a plan to kickstart my career as a Recruiter and work my way up in the Talent Acquisition team, and later the L&D team of a multinational company.
